Our IVF story in Two Pictures

Yesterday, I wrote a post about our IVF story, and was pleasantly surprised by the number of people who left messages for me, on the blog, on Facebook, and in private messages. I just wanted to share these two photos, the first because it reminds me of what we had to go through, and the second because how often do you get to see your baby as an embryo?

I had daily injections of Lucrin and Menopur.

And these were the two embryos transferred to my womb. One of them eventually didn’t survive, but the other one is now our beautiful baby boy.
